If you are an entertainer, venue or event organizer, please submit your information below for posting on our calendar.
Please Carefully Read the following before submitting:
- Calendar submissions are posted as a courtesy for the St Croix, US Virgin Islands community.
- There is no fee for a basic event listing. Free listings do not include a description. They only include the musician/entertainer, date, time and venue. (no description is included for free event listings)
- Event postings are subject to editorial discretion.
- Please note that our *free listings* are for live music, free entertainment, and community-related events with entertainment open to the public without a ticketing fee.
- We are happy to list, for free, ticketed events that benefit local non-profit charities that include full details. Please use the form below. Listings are subject to editorial review.
- * We do not list religious or political events.
If you would like to include more detailed information on your listings including food and drink specials or want to advertise a ticketed for-profit event, please email us at listings@stxcalendar.com for rates.
Attention Musicians & Venues:
Please send your monthly schedule via email to listings@stxcalendar.com you do not need to fill out the form below for every single gig. Send them in a list as far out as you are booked in the following format:
[Date] [Musician/Entertainer] at [Venue] [Start time] [End time]
*you MUST include an end time for your gig.
If the event is recurring, add the frequency to the end of the listing (every Wednesday) or (every other Thursday), etc. Recurring events are listed for 6 dates at a time. You are responsible for checking your listings and resubmitting to keep them up-to-date.
Listings must be submitted by noon on Thursday to be included in the Friday email.
