Guided Meditation Sound Bath Peace Vigil

A guided meditation, sound bath and peace vigil in response to the recent tragic increase in the Israel-Palestine conflict. Brother Omo will be offering sound healing vibrations while I will be guiding us through a meditation which will focus on balancing the energy centers, calibrating the nervous system, and opening the heart center. From there we will hold silent space for all those affected by this conflict, offering healing and love energy as a community.
All are welcome and encouraged to join. Suggested donation is $20 and all proceeds will go towards the Middle East Children’s Alliance, a humanitarian aid nonprofit actively working with children and young families impacted by this conflict.
